Regalo uses Stripe credit card processor who is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, Stripe use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

What is the cost to download or to use Regalo?
Regalo is FREE. When you choose to buy a gift, Regalo charges $1 per gift bought in addition of the price of the gift provider.
When will my credit card be charged?
After you click “Buy Gift” you will be prompted to choose a payment method.
What is the currency of all gift purchased on Regalo?
All Gifts are priced in USD currencies. For Gift cards, the recipient will have the option to select the currency of their choice.
When do I select the Recipient of the gift?
After you purchased and paid the gift you will be asked to “Continue & Select the Recipient”
How do I select the recipient and the method they will be notified?
Once you select “Continue & Select the Recipient” your device will prompt you for various communication Apps which you would normally use to send a picture. Once selected the Recipient will receive a message from you with the information and the link to download Regalo and Redeem their gift.
Do I need the full address of the Recipient to send a gift?
No, all you need is a contact, either a phone number, an email or a contact in the Social or Dating App you are using. The recipient is the one who will provide the Gift provider / Fulfilment company the delivery address and will choose when they want to receive the gift. All personal information remains private.
Is Shipping cost of gift are included?
The shipping cost of all gifts are included in the cost of the gift by the Gift provider. At this time, we do not offer expedite shipping options.
How long does it normally take for the Recipient to receive a gift?
First the Recipient will receive instant notification that you sent them a gift via the communication method of your choices (Text, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email, etc). Once the Recipient accepts the gift then they will receive those gifts which can be sent digitally instantly and those more tangible gifts either the following day or within the Standard delivery of is 3 – 5 business days.
Who gets the delivery Address to deliver the Gift?
The Recipient of the gift will be asked to provide a delivery address and it is given “ONLY” to the Gift company who will deliver the gift.
Is there a minimum Age to use Regalo?
No, however products like Alcohol can only be bought and received by people with legal drinking age and a proof of age will be asked by the shipping company.
How will I know that my gift has been delivered?
In your Gift wallet (swiping right on your top Regalo menu) will show you the “Sent Gift” menu. You can see which gift has been claimed. You will also receive a notification if you have accepted notification setting.
What happened if I changed my mind about the Recipient after I bought the gift?
If you do not choose a Recipient or get disconnected in the process, you will see the Gift available and ready to be sent in your “Sent Gift” menu and a purple Button (Send Gift) will be available for you to select a recipient.
What happened if a gift cannot be delivered to my recipient for any reasons?
For now, the recipient can reject the gift and you will be refunded but over the next few weeks we will launch a new feature that will enable the recipient to credit their Regalo Wallet and buy another gift of their choice
Why is there a currency selector for gift cards?
Companies like Amazon, Uber and others will not accept someone to credit their account of a gift card in a different currency of their account, so when you buy a gift card if you do not know what country the Recipient is located, then the Recipient will be able to select the currency of choice, hence Regalo is offering the conversion to allow the recipient to be able to credit her or his account in the applicable currency.
